"the best defense by Wake is Brownell", this after Brownell calls a time out on a Tiger fast break.

Yeah, I see a lot of people on here posting that we were on a "fast break". I don't think that is the case. Our player with the ball was just beyond half court and if I remember correctly, we didn't even have numbers.
Nobody knows the reason for the timeout. Obviously there was a reason right? Is it something he saw in his defense and needed to get it addressed before they got the ball back again?
Brownell's coaching obviously worked last night considering we were up double digits nearly all game against a very solid Wake Forest team. And all of the haters are just biatching about him calling an improper timeout. Get a life. Congratulate the team on a good win instead of complaining about the one questionable coaching call of the game.

Actually I think that's highly debatable. If it were true why wouldn't he be coaching and making much more money? It's also much easier to say what you would/should do when you do not actually have the decision to make, and hindsight is almost always 20/20.
Sounds like you need to lay off the haterade.

that the only way that Wake could stop us was by our coach calling a time out. I don't think he was laughing at Brownell. Play had been sloppy for both sides and we did not have the numbers. It's not like we were all alone for a slam dunk. We would have set up the offense at the other end regardless.
