They really didn’t even line anyone up there. Weird, considering they got pressure from there on the early miss.

bring pressure from there. You don’t have to block a 56 yarder… just influence it.

Us being on the left hash is an overlooked big deal. If we were on the right, that thing is blocked and returned and we are in the Mayo bowl.

I think the play ran to get us into range was ran to left on purpose. That way we are kicking from the left hash. I think that forces SMU to bring pressure from the right, instead of the left. Also, adding that extra yard on the snap gave us just enough space and time to make that kick.

**Didn't know if you guys know that we held the ball for the kick 8yds deep instead of 7yds. Whoever came up with that idea needs a raise!!
