even with a win. Can you believe that? Talking about a guy on an island. He says if Washington wins, that they and the Big10 champ would leap over Clem and the Tigers would get left out even if we beat VT. I don't even think what he says in the video about wins over top 25 teams is even accurate.

He's delusional. Left out order = Big 10 champ, then washington, then clemson. 2 losses vs lost to only quality opponent vs 9 wins versus bowl eligible teams.

Clemson has played 11 bowl teams (incl. VT)

and beaten 10 of then (if they beat VT). Out of 13 games (SC St and Syracuse are the only 2 non-bowl teams, look it up).
Nobody else has played or beaten more than 9. Even Bama and Ohio State.
Our resume is as good as anybody else's in the country.

He's an idiot if he actually thinks a team that has 3 wins in the top 15, and it's only loss is at #25 would be left out after winning a championship...while OH State without a championship, or Washington with a less impressive resume (and also a loss) stays in..or a 2 loss Penn State goes in over a 1 loss Clemson. Not happening.

He's an apparent Cowherd type- obviously never played sports at any level but somehow parlayed gab into convincing TV people he can convince people he knows something. Well, Wash got victories against 2 ranked teams: Stanford and the Utes. He is either crediting them with beating Colo., much in doubt, or counting THE REAL USC. But they did not beat USC they lost to them. Just for grins, check out the CFP rankings as of now. FSU, Louisville and Auburn are bunched together at 13 through 15, higher than either of the two ranked teams Wash has beaten. Even assuming that both Wash and Clemson win (and I am more confident about Clemson than Wash) Clemson will have beaten 4 ranked teams and Wash 3. While a win agains Colo is no doubt impressive, it is not enough to vault them over a victorious big five conference champion that is ahead of them, unless they blow the doors off and Clemson wins ugly. Even if that happens how is he assuming that Clemson will be vaulted by Michigan, a two loss team that ain't even playing, or lower ranked two loss teams, one of which will be Big champs? If that winner vaults anybody it should be 1 loss OSU. Bad enough Booger does his shameless SEC homer wishful thinking, but there seems to be no consequence to a pundit that not only engages in wishful thinking but does not even have facts that are at any sports journalist's disposal correct.

How do people like that get these jobs? Just saying something to be controversial. It is simple for Clemson -- win you're in, lose you're out. In my opinion, if Penn State beats Wisconsin, I think The Ohio State University should get kicked to the curb. It is not fair for a team that did not win its division and did win its conference championship to play for the national championship. That just not right.
