Football is in decline no matter what metric you look at. You know this.

Football had 2 once in a generation talents at qb in a row. We won Nattys with them. We have still been a top 10 program since they left.

The football team hasn’t finished a season ranked in the top 10 since Trevor and Etienne’s last season so no…the football is objectively not a top 10 program and hasn’t been for sometime.

When you are at the top you can only go in one direction. I’m sure UGA and Bama fans are not happy with there seasons this year as well.
Glad basketball is trending up. Maybe it is about time we win the ACC. We were the only ACC to win against the SEC yesterday……..in basketball.

The ACC is currently 0-9 right now in this challenge right now and has been trending down for years. It’s really not apples and oranges, that has just been used as a pitiful excuse to temper expectations for basketball.

Dude you actively hate on Clemson football and it's players regularly and then have to back track your statements only for you to spew them with a slightly different spin the next week. You expect the football team to just walk through everyone and applaud the basketball team when they are simply competitive. Dabo is the best coach at Clemson and it's not even close despite what you or Judge want to cry about.

I don't hate on Clemson Football, I love Clemson football. But I will not turn a blind eye on it because I LOVE IT. I also love Clemson basketball, soccer, softball, golf, ANYTHING Clemson.
If you question my love for Clemson then i question your excuses for a coach not earning their pay. Dabo is not above Clemson Football. NO ONE IS.

They play their tails off, they are well-coached, and they love the game. Our players get better throughout the course of their careers, some dramatically so. And our coaches were early adopters of the transfer portal and embrace NIL.
Oh, and we just had a 100% graduation success rate. Proof that you can be successful on and off the playing surface these days.
