Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, 54, boasts he has the world's biggest trouser snake, but an interview with a doctor who examined him has emerged which counter these claims

A DOCTOR insists the man with the world’s biggest ##### could be stretching the truth.

Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, from Saltillo, Mexico, has a 18.9 inch ##### - believed to be the largest in the world.

But radiologist Dr Jesus Pablo Gil Muro, who has examined Roberto, has thrown the world record claims into doubt.

His comments have emerged from an interview with Barcroft TV earlier this year. These have borne new significance after the man with the second largest ##### in the world argued Roberto’s todger was not what it made out to be.

Dr Muro said: "When he came here to do a CT scan, my first impression was that it was a unique and unusual case.I had never seen a patient like Roberto.”

But when he came to examine it, Roberto refused to take off all the bandages and would not let him see the skin.

Yet a CT scan was to make revelations.

He said: "What the CT scan showed was that there is a very large foreskin. It goes just before the knee.

"But the ##### itself is about 16 to 18cm from the pubis.

“So, it doesn't go all the way through the foreskin.

"The rest of the tissue found there is just foreskin, blood vessels, and some inflammation of the skin."

pain while peeing. It felt like a blow torch was inserted up my peen every time I peed. Doctor gave me some pills called Doxycycline and it got better.

Have we met before? You sound familiar.
