So does the selection committee differ a lot from the AP poll? I'm seeing projections of a 6 seed while we are ranked 13 in the AP poll. That would put us at a high 4 seed almost a 3 seed. Guess the committee uses net rankings and kenpom more?

It's a combination of NET, Kenpom, SOS, Quad 1 and 2 wins. loses, etc. The best analytics site has Clemson ranked 12th overall and indicating should be a 4th or maybe 3rd seed. I think the Selection Committee will have Clemson anywhere from a 4 to a 7 seed when the season ends.

Don't forget the bias aspect as they need as many SEC and to a lesser extent B1G teams in the tournament

The regular season is not over and before anyone thinks about the NCAA, we need to make it through the first round of the ACC tournament and then beat Louisville in the semi final. If we make the finals of the ACC, the NCAA will take care of itself.

Ranking for the National Championship in basketball should not come down to nerds with computers objectively putting numbers by a talent level.
There is no accountability for Ken Pom or any other numbers service.
Clemson should be ranked inside the Top 10 and maybe top 5.

Everyone has their own "bracketology" now and gets deeply defensive if you question it. The entire discussion of the game is now about quads and numbers first
