I don't know exactly where our numbers are at,so how are other schools able to make the portal work and we seem to be the odd team out?

Mist schools when a scholarship opens up, they either don't fill it and save it for the portal or next year's recruiting class or they give e it to a walk on for one year.
We give it to a walk on for the remainder of their college career or find some developmental player to give it to
