? They had one loss, to a highly ranked BYU at the time of loss..only a 3pts loss too, until last night.

ND had 1 loss and to NIU at home and are ranked above them. So compare ND to SMU and you'll see glaring bias.

Does anyone who really knows football really think SMU is better than Bama or Ole Miss? Love it that lil ole Clemson messed everything up.

If the goal is to determine the best team in the country as the National Champion, I think it's fair to say no 3 loss team is the best in the country and shouldn't make the playoffs as an at large.

Its\ will probably extremely rare for a 3 loss team to make the playoffs as a league champion.
