How in God's name do so many so called experts

Aug 22, 2012, 4:23 PM

pick Tenn's receiving duo to be better than Sammy/Nuk? I don't get it.

Their top guy had less receptions than both Sammy and Nuk and their other guy was hurt all last year.

There are some dumb #### people in the world.

I don't know, as they're not in that league of Sammy

Aug 22, 2012, 4:25 PM

but they're very good

Especially against those vaunted SEC defenses... Right?***

I thought they were overrated. The SEC offenses were just pathetic. Ga south rushed for over 300 yds on Bama, Oregon and WV had nearly 1000 yrds combined vs LSU

Everything is relative. I totally agree.***

Rogers led the SEC with 67 catches

Aug 22, 2012, 4:30 PM

and Hunter is projected 1st round pick and maybe #1 WR pick. So I can see where they get that

Also, their QB was hurt for 4 or 5 games i believe. Those guys are talented.

They are the best QB and WRs in the conference...

Aug 22, 2012, 5:02 PM

though, I believe if they were in the Big East Tajh and our WRs would take that honor.

Personally, our guys are just as good if not better.

QB is debatable. I'd probably put Wilson and Murray 1 and 2.***

I don't get the love affair with Murray. Guy can't win big games, he didn't beat a good team last year.

military_donation.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Not to take anything from Murray, because I personally

Aug 22, 2012, 9:23 PM

think he's a good QB, but there aren't many good QBs in the SEC. And Murray is better than Bray, IMO.

It's not all about the stats

Aug 22, 2012, 8:25 PM

I personally would take Sammy and Nuke if I were given a choice, but there's no denying the talent of Hunter and Rogers.

Those two duos, along with Lee and Woods at Southern Cal, are definitively the top three WR pairs in the country.

ESPN/Media have developed this addiction for hiring "the finest window lickers"
