dont win this game, what are the odds we win at least 2 of the next 3 in that tough stretch? AU, FSU, VT? We have zero confidence and no big game wins coming into 2011, as we went 6-7 the previous year.

Since we have won the last 15 games it took 97 games to lose the second 15 games. It will be at least 113 games until he loses number 31 (hopefully 128).

Hear me out:
I have strongly felt this game plus the next two was the first big step that the program took under Dabo. Coming into this game:
Week 1: Sloppy win against Troy (Trojans were leading at the half)
Week 2: REALLY sloppy win against Wofford that was close going into the 4th quarter
Coming off the 6-7 season and not getting off to an impressive start to the current season had a lot of people unhappy. I remember the boo birds at the Troy and Wofford games. If we had lost to Auburn in this game, it could've begun a big downward spiral that would've sent Dabo packing. Even going down 14-0 early in this game had the people around us groaning that Dabo was a joke, Auburn was going to blow us out and this program was dead. Then things turned around. Our offense lit up and we closed it out with a win. The momentum sparked us to win the next week against FSU (who was down their starting QB but was still the favorite to win the conference). The momentum kept rolling straight into Blacksburg where we did the unthinkable; sent the Hokie fans home with an L in the 3rd quarter!
The great start to the season (sprung by this game) led us to our first ACC title in 20 years, which set us up for the future. So in my opinion, when you say "Top 10 Wins Under Dabo" I'd put this in the top 5.

to close out the game was the loudest (or 2nd loudest maybe) that I've ever heard the Valley! This was a great start to my senior year, the Hill was really rockin.

To me Dabo's first major win, over Auburn 2011) would be #1 not #10. Watch him at end of game. He was very emotional even for him. Wonder what his top pick would be?

This was definitely the jump start game for the Tigers undo Dabo. A lot of emotion from him after the game and ALL IN!
