The loss of McKinney makes me wonder what will be the real effect of beating Ohio St and getting to the finals again, win or lose, on recruiting. The Ohio St. game was a great advertisement for Clemson football, but what will be practical effect? If you look at the verbal commitments for 2017, most of the really good guys we are chasing have already committed. And there is a lot of time between now and when the 2018 guys give their verbal.

Could flip a CJ Avery (not likely) or could make a late strong push for Jeffery Okudah. But I think we land Tank Robinson to replace McKinney and I think we land Darrian Felix to replace Cordarrian Richardson.

13-15 I believe. Before Richardson decommit we had 14 counting on McKinney but no Richardson and no McKinney puts us at 13.

This staff will find who they need.They picked up 3 very good DB's last year at the last minute.


I know we're Family,not trying to say anything bad,but we are still at this time toting about 5 two star legacy players,so we need to have 85.No need to hold back schollies until next year.

Not sure how adding an athletic DB in Robinson or a RB in Felix who runs a 4.3 is "watering down the class"
