That would be his wisest choice. I wish him well, though, no matter which of us it is. That said, he can do no better (zip, zero, nada) than Clemson. It will be the best decision of his life, and not just for the FB program.

Am I reading correctly that he hasn't visited Clemson since Jr. Day in February? He didn't come at all for even one day of Dabo camp? That's worrisome to me. Hopefully it will be a good announcement for Clemson.

I would put ND in our league as far as academics go, but ugay is a distant 3rd among his choices of us, ugay and ND.

From what I've seen most likely UGA bound. He has a teammate on the same OL that a few recruiting services have pegged as the top OL recruit in the nation for 2018 class who has UGA and Clemson as top two and has been high on us. With our recent recruiting battles would be good for us if both UGA and Tenn flounder.

Notice the use of the word "up". Generally speaking most people in the Atl don't say "up there" when refering to Athens. Clemson on the other hand is always refered to as "up". He talked about the coaching staff a good bit and the relationship. Well, UGA's staff hasn't been together very long. Clemson's staff has had the stability and time to develop a relationship. He doesn't say much in reference to ND coaches. ND would be the other "up there" school. Sounds like a Tiger to me.

I picked up on that, too. I hope he left that subtle clue, and we read it correctly. The thing I'll leave with, however, is that he cannot choose a better destination to further his football career, and he certainly cannot choose a place that will prepare him for success in life, and that includes academics and character. I would rank as follows, Clemson, ND, and distantly followed by ugay. If he really knew them, he wouldn't waste his time, and Smart came from the Dooly days when "anything", and I do mean anything, was okay.

I think he gave a clue by saying my relationship with coaching staff and the feel when I go Up there I know what school , and then said why he likes clemson coaching staff and everytime I go comes up here he likes it! I think we get this guy hope so Go Tigers!!

He may choose another program, but he understands that we do have something very special, and it sets us far apart from the others. If he goes else where, I will be very suspicious ( and my farm is within 2 miles of the one Hershel Walker obtained his sophmore year at ugay.

Haven't read much about him on any of the other sites in awhile. It'd be nice to add him to the class, plus it would help next cycle with his teammate Salyer, who is a monster. If I'm picking one more offensive lineman for this class though, I want Trey Smith. ESPN has him ranked as the #1 player overall for the class, and his film is unbelievable. I can only imagine if we add Smith and Higgins to this class, we will have absolutely raided the state of TN.
