You know what’s good? Tortilla chips and day old slaw. Now I gotta admit we’ve got a tortilleria nearby, where they make their own and the ladies there make the finest white corn and flour tortillas I’ve come across. I say day old slaw cause it’ll take a day for all the flavors to come together in the fridge. Good tortilla chips, not no dang dohritas, and a scoop of slaw is fine livin. The grade of slaw matters.

This one is kinda specific. If you ever find yourself in the possession of super lean ground beef because the store couldn’t sell it at 12 dolla a pound and they cut it to Fo dolla a pound right in front of your better half because you couldn’t sell pvssy in prison at the original price and you wanna make burgers, I can help in this here situation. Lean beef makes a crappy burger, it’s just the truth that God wills, but by Gawd, I wanted a burger. If you wanna make super lean ground meat taste like something, mix a good size glop of full fat Greek yogurt in there while you’re smackin’em out. Just don’t over mix it and obliterate the protein chains. Patty flatty out yer burger mix and stick’’em in the fridge fer an hour. Pullem out straight to the grill or flat top and yer golden. And as always, don’t put no phukkin salt near a ground meat patty til right before it hits the heat.

And if you ain’t got pure D real cotdam Greek yogurt in your fridge at all times, you need to fix that. That shid is tasty and useful in a lotta situations…culinary and otherwise.

Cootie fiyoh on the bayoh y’all’s.
