Question about Former Players?

Between the Georgia and FSU games, I have seen several former players up close who have come back to the games; Will Proctor, James Davis, The Fridge, Nuk Hopkins, Andre Ellington and others. My question is why don't many of them wear orange to the game or anything Clemson at all?

I was seated at a table with Rich Tuten on the evening of the game. He definitely looked like he could still play, and might not have needed a helmet or pads to do so.

Assuming the OP's question is not some kind of troll, the vast majority of former players in any sport do wear some form of orange to games.

Sharone Wright, also saw him on Saturday sporting a Charlotte Bobcats hoodie.

Def not a troll, just curious as this is something I have seen often.

I do know that Michael Dean Perry was sporting that orange!!
