Local or chain. We get dominos a lot chain wise because of the great deals they always have and pizza always cooked the way we like it. Also hit up a place called empire pizza and Brooklyn pizza in our area of rock hill.

2 Bros in Easley. Best pizza in town. When we lived in the Asheville area, Blue Mountain Pizza in Weaverville was maybe the best pizza I have ever had anywhere. Chanello’s in Clemson the 80s was right up there too.

Chanellos was good, but then again, eating cardboard would taste good after sitting at Triple T for a couple of hours and needing some grub on way back to C-6 Johnstone.

Tried their new stuffed crust and it is 👍👍.
In the Columbia, SC area I’m a big Village Idiot fan. And they are very reasonable with their prices. Great product for a fair price. BOGO large pizzas on Wednesday. $12 2-toppings Large on Thursday. It’s a chill place to watch sports and drink some alkeyhaul.

I’m not a big pizza eater and would probably survive if I never had it again , however, wife and daughters love that place. I’ll go a couple times a year and fill up on their SWEET GEORGIA BROWN! They do have great thousand island dressing also

The old Pizza Inn, which is where I grew up eating pizza even in the other location down the street. There's a sweetness or something to the sauce that's unlike anywhere else I've ever had pizza. Any time I'm in town, which isn't often these days, I swing by there.

Is absolutely immaculate and still a taste I’ve yet to find anywhere else.
It’s worth it to go there for that alone. But the other pizzas are alwyas good too and fresh. They keep them churning out.

The frozen section at Food Lion. Those Jack's thin crust frozen Pizzas aren't bad for 3 bucks and change especially when you doctor them up.

In SC, I have to say Real Pizza near Wren High School. I miss Maurie's Table, Joliet and Gino's in Chicago for deep dish. Also, Aurelio's in Joliet and Pusateri's in Stuart, FL for thin crust. Not surprising Aurelio and Pusateri were partners at one time.

Blaze Pizza here in Jacksonville area. I think there are locations in the Carolinas too.
You tell them what you want on it and then they bake it for 5 - 10 minutes. Best pizza I have had since Chanelo's.

Beaches, and Biggies is good, but I like Blaze better. Have not tried any of the others that you mentioned.......but I will check them out.
We have a Mellow Mushroom here at the beaches, which I used to like. But they don't seem to be as good as they used to be. Also, we have a V's Pizza location here. I hear it is good, but have yet to try that one either.

Sidestreet Pizza Tryon, NC. The best pizza I’ve ever eaten. Try the Greek white pizza with spinach and feta. The proprietor is from Old Latrobe Penn with legit Italian roots. As far as chains go, Marcos isn’t too bad. Since John got ran out of Papa Johns it’s just isn’t the same.

It was always The Study Hall's with everything, or the original delivery Chanellos.
In our area there is one excellent local, and two really good locals that still use a proper pizza oven. The chains use a conveyer belt and it's not the same.

I love pizza but the wife can't eat dairy, so it isn't a staple in our house by any stretch. Never tried The Slice in Simpsonville, but I've heard it's great. Anthony's is Simpsonville is probably my go-to. It's the closest thing near me to a northeast/NY style pizza shop.

I didn’t read through the entire thread…but we live in Fort Mill and agree that Empire is pretty good. If you are over in Fort Mill and near Catawba Ridge HS…Emilios is our current favorite! Also, if you can catch the ‘King of Fire’ food truck around Ft MIll/Rock Hill area…it is excellent as well.
