Prayers needed , Please

My 82 yr old Dad is barely hanging on and is in the last few days of life.
I just pray that he is at peace with everything and is not suffering too much.
He took me to my first Clemson game in 84 when I was 9 yrs old.
I couldn’t have asked for a better father and a best friend.

God bless you! I lost my dad almost 20 years to the day and my heart still aches... especially when it’s anything Clemson because he did the same for his sons too. Praying for you!

I have lost both of my parents within the last 3 years. Both of them were HUGE Tiger fans, and they taught me well. They took me to my first Clemson game in 1954, and I've been going ever since. I miss them, and wish they could have been here for the past three seasons, but they've had better seats than me!
I know you're hurting, especially at this festive time, but think of all the good times you had together. And claim the promise of 2 Corinthians 12:9... "My Grace is sufficient for thee." God bless and sustain you.

Thanks for the prayers and kind words .
He actually ate something today and used the bathroom .
He is smiling a little today and asked if Clemson won.
I told him they play Monday and he shook his head.
The Docs told us he would not make it through the weekend, so atleast we are getting a few more days.

It is never easy to lose a parent. You and your family, especially your mother, will be in my prayers. My father too took me to my first Tiger football game way back in 1959. Cherish the memories and recognize the legacy your father gave to family, community and to friends.
