I am overwhelmed with the outpouring of thoughts and prayers given for my 16 month old son Konner. We took him for his MRI this morning at the hospital and he was decked out in orange. He even ended up with an orange hospital bracelet! By the time they got ready to do the MRI his coordination and strength was so bad that he could barely walk. He did well with the sedation and the MRI. He was pretty groggy for about the next hour, but after we got home, he acted like he wanted to play. The next thing we know, he was RUNNING, and laughing, and playing. It was like someone flipped a switch. The Dr called and said his neurological scan was PERFECTLY HEALTHY!! No tumors, no infection, no meningitis, NOTHING! The Dr. asked how he was doing this afternoon and I told him that it was like someone flipped a switch, and that he was NORMAL again! He said that he couldn't explain it, and they he really felt like he would have bad news. I told him that I could explain it! I told him that we serve a risen Savior that is able to do all things! I told him that all of the prayers that went up for that little boy were the difference. He didn't disagree. So thanks to ALL of you, the Clemson fans, UGA fans, auburn fans, COOTS,... everyone that lifted my son up no mater what team we pull for!! I thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart!!!

Wow ....my eyes a little misty. I have a six-month old grandson named Connor (re-named Deshaun, by me) and can't imagine if anything happened to him. Thank God for the positive news .... prayers are answered .... always .... and sometimes exactly the outcome we pray for.

I've seen in my own life that God enlarges my view of Him by permitting a time of trial or difficulty before His deliverance rather than shielding me from adversity. His presence is constant and his mercy is matchless. Awesome report.

One of my daughters was born with waist-down paralysis in 2015. Despite being poked, prodded, examined, tested, and scrutinized in every imaginable way, medical specialty teams had no indications as to the etiology. As we watched her condition persist for six weeks, we had to come to grips with the strong possibility that she might never have use of her legs. It was a unique point of dependence on the Lord when, clearly, there was nothing to gain from dependence on our own medical backgrounds or the acumen of myriad other providers who had examined her. THEN, at about six weeks, He healed her. Despite the medical mystery (which still remains, by the way) and beyond our resignation to a likely lifelong motor deficit, He restored her movement to perfectly normal. Now she's two and can outrun us all. He is more glorified in light of the trial than if He had never taken occasion to reveal his power in this way. You are exactly right! We found out today that a guy that I grew up with lost a 5 year old daughter yesterday. She was put to sleep for a routine procedure and had some kind of complication. You never know how blessed you really are!!
