Post Spring Depth Chart
Post Spring Depth Chart I was not expecting a post-spring depth chart yesterday, but since it was released, here is what got my attention:
*Both backup offensive tackles are the two true freshmen that came in January. I don't expect Tremayne Anchrum and Sean Pollard to be the first off o

when i was there as a manager, Frank Howard would often use spring and early fall depth charts to light a fire under certain people. Remember this as you study and see things that puzzle you.

*I LIKE HOW YOU PUT A STAR BEFORE EACH LINE BECAUSE PARAGRAPHS CONFUSE ME AN I DON'T KNOW IF I SHOULD STOP READING OR NOT.
*I LIKE HOW YOU USE YOUR PERSONAL SURPRISE SCALE TO TELL US HOW TO FEEL BECAUSE WHEN I'M TALKIN TO MY FRIENDS ABOUT A PLAYER I CAN SAY THINGS LIKE "WELL MACKEY WAS SLIGHTLY SURPRISED SO YOU DRAW YOUR OWN CONCLUSIONS"
GOOD ARTICLE GOD BLESS

That being said, I was not surprised that you were the one who responded. I was surprised that your post received so much "thumbs up love" so quickly. I was not surprised that Mickey's article was written in the manner that it was. I was a little surprised that Mickey was a little surprised regarding Clelin Ferrell. What's so surprising about that? I am surprised that Mickey has never commented on the Mackey misnomer. I would not be surprised to learn that Mickey is a high volume drinker of cheap beer.

Mackey did your life coach not warn you about women?

Seems like ever since you got hitched to that gal you have been slipping. I mean, its one thing to really be surprised about the roster not coming out but then you go off and admit you've been on a long springtime nap?
So, whatchya been doing the past several months, Mackey?
I'm digging all the degrees of suprisedom though. Really, I am. I know it may just come across as shallow writing that lacks creativity but I've gotta tell ya man I think the different ways you described your level of surpisedness is brilliant!
that is no surprise I was surprised I was not surprised I was a little surprised is a slight surprise
What doesn't surprise me Mackey is your pure genius! Each of the above phrases are very similar yet have very small differences that make them MEAN TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Keep up the professional writing, and let's just try to pay a little more attention to Tiger Football mmmkay?

Not sure what's going on with Chad Smith. When Spring practice began, I really thought he would waste no time landing the starting job at MIKE......not Joseph.
Also, Like most. I was a little surprised Edmonds was ahead of Fields at corner.
Once fall practice begins, I expect Simmons will be in the rotation at safety, along with Wallace and Mullen at corner.

No way Smith was beating out Joseph. Kendall was primed for a breakout season last year prior to his injury. KJ will be really good for us this season.
I'd be shocked if Baker is ready to go before midseason. It's time for Fields to step up. Hopefully, being listed behind Edmonds gives him a little extra motivation and he wins the job easily over the summer

The thing I am most curious about is that I haven't read or heard anything about either. Not a peep. Did I miss any comments from our coaches? Surely I missed something. Will anyone enlighten me, please? TIA

How surprised were you that "There are no starters listed as the kick-off specialist, kick-off returner or punt returner."????
