Gosh it is absolutely astounding how many people on here seem to have no idea what’s in the constitution. Now I get that not everyone is a lawyer or study the thing, but much of this stuff (the basics) are taught in HS. Or are they not teaching gov/econ, and civics anymore?
Even if you don’t remember or slept though class like me, information is easily accessible

What do you mean? There are lots of reasons a ruling could get overruled. But that would be part of our system

Your argument is that anyone that actually reads the constitution

knows what’s constitutional and what isn’t. So, no decision should ever be overturned.

when food became cheap and we went two generations without major wars.
Good times make weak men, and dumb men.
Life is too easy and it breeds communists who want to take over and make things fair. That’s you.

Perhaps the softest & weakest are those that continue to whine about Covid

Or are frightened chitless of DEI or immigrants?
It is interesting to see what different people perceive as unjust or unfair? And how that relates to concepts of strength and being an American _ ultimately linking to the Constitution.

Nobody is 'frightened' of DEI you mighty macho man. Please.
But, if you can explain how hiring based on skin preference (aka DEI) does not violate the 1964 Civil Rights Act, I'd surely listen.

The kooks are so far gone they think whining about Republicans being against racism (DEI) and crime (illegal immigration) is some kind of own. He probably gave himself a high five after that masterful takedown of the evil right.

Cognitive bias drives people to take positions they would normally object to of it is outside their ideological frame.
They will often trample closely held principles they once held dear to win at all costs.
