We must get what we pay for. It don't matter if it hurts everyone's feelings at Clemson to revamp the whole staff. This is a business..It's complete insanity to pay a top 3 salary to this coaching staff and only get top 20 results for 4 straight years at 4 losses a year. No amount of debating the results will fix the issues. Dabo must make wholesale changes for the betterment of Clemson University football program...

The problem is not just the coaching staff. It's bigger than that.

The problem is that elite players don't want to come to Clemson like they used to. Dome if it is NIL. Some of it is other schools adopting tactics that Clemson was ahead of the Curve on 10 years ago. Dome of it is other schools improving their facilities. Dome of it is other coaches changing there schemes. It's a variety of things, but it all boils down to elite talent going other places.

on the portal and NIL for so long.
we're in the hole we're in b/c he refused to adapt when others did.
Hopefully now he sees that and on the road to rehabilitate our program back to Elite..........he needs to do a few things for that to happen.

Elite players don't come to Clemson because of Dabos NIL recruiting, hence it goes back to coaching .. Listen to ACC PM this morning, Clemson alum Eric McClain is saying the same thing.. coaching!

All these improvements to facilities and the program were paid for with Dabo's success. I know it's hard to think past your last beer, but FSU just "revamped their whole program"! See how that worked out.

First off I don't drink, second you cannot run a business with friends and family in positions to build success.. Dabo put ppl in positions because they are friends or family friends . It's a receipe for disaster , $20 million coaching staff being top 3 in salary should result in at least top 5 results a few years outta the last 4 years. But it hasn't, the results do not match the payout. Recruiting has dropped because of Dabos philosophy on NIL, bring in new and hungry assistant coaches, make changes in nil stance. Dabo is now changing on the portal, its a little late... Do you know the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again , but expecting different results... its become insanity!
If you choose to bury your head in the sand , that's on you. But acknowledging the problems is more proactive to fixing the results then being afraid of your issues , like losing Dabo.. living in fear of change does not fix the problems! 10-4 9-4 10-4 10-4

Man you nailed it! I don’t get it. Why doesn’t Dabo just try and win more?? Doesn’t he know we’re supposed to win every game?

You should give less and either invest in something you can get a tangible return on or find a charity that gives you more happiness for your charity.
