This is how your fellow northern alumni who aren't city folk spend their days in the spring. 12 hours of boiling and we'll have some Clemson maple syrup!

While that's tempting I'll take my wild brook trout caught on a fly rod with fresh picked chanterelle mushrooms sauteed and then topped with some fresh fiddleheads, I know I'm spoiled at times

You couldn’t “cook up” enough Orange Syrup to constantly supply your Southern Brethren . . . but many of us would love to give you the opportunity!!!

Home is Vermont! Born and raised here, but went to Clemson and am quite obsessed. Been to all three national championships and my Vermont plate says Clemson, the university is my passion and love!
