Hey Mercer is better than they used to be. They are power 2 or 3 now. I'm surprised sc state reached out to get him, somebody else most have recommitted.

But, at the same time, I don't blame them for playing up every recruit they get. Their program needs a good bit of help and change, but one of the key things they have to do right now is try to gather some energy and buzz among their fanbase.
Don't blame them for trying.
