Just watched Georgia v Clemson 2013. It’s hard to watch that team and stadium, with a filled up hill and the balloons, and the explosive plays on offense, and then look at where we are now. This program has become a cheaper replica of its past self. Unfortunately it’s hard to argue we’re not in a decline and it’ll continue unless Dabo gets with the times.

But now we have gadgets. We have the Oculus, the Rodney Williams Locker Room entrance, the Tiger Walk, fancy laser lights, HUGE TV screens, and a dude or two on the Flag Girl Team.

In 2013 we were on the rise and were excited about what was to come and we didn’t know where the ride would go.
Now we know what the peak feels like, we reached it and we are on a natural valley after such a peak.
Imagine a mountain, we are on the backward hike down. Still very high but the view is not as exciting as the peak, and the anticipation is not as great as when we were ascending.
Time will tell if there is another peak on the way or not.

I really think what you're missing is the attitude from the coach and the players. Would OUR staff, coach, team, and fans say this:???
As one staff member said Saturday as the players headed toward the team bus, "This is when Coach is at his best. He'll be on everybody's ###. You'd never know that we just won the game."
message to his team late Saturday afternoon in the visiting locker room was both pointed and firm. He didn't hold back and knows as well as anybody that this team doesn't have the margin of error that some of his other teams did.
"Where it shows up the most is our depth. We don't have the depth we used to," "But I don't know that anybody does with the portal. It's even more important for me to be positive with this team and do everything we can as coaches to make sure they do it the way we want it done."
"How much can we improve in the areas that are hurting us right now, all the self-inflicted wounds? That's the question. So any frustration I might have is with myself in making sure we get that done and not with the players."
Being honest with yourself, if someone even suggested the above after we had gone to college Station and won 26-20. They'd be banded from T-Net.
