As long as they don’t change the recipe. I played semi pro baseball until almost 30 and got traded to Texas, Arizona, and the Pacific Northwest. I had to have my Mom mail Dukes once a month! Maybe this will change that availability issue.

My sister moved from SC to Michigan. I used to send her a case of Duke's mayo for Christmas each year. She said they had to get real stingy with the last three jars to make it until the new case arrived.

Unfortunately, when food companies are bought by venture capital groups, that usually signals the beginning of the end. Their only interests are stock prices and ROI so cost cutting becomes the number one goal. That leads to product consolidation and standardization of formulas to the lowest cost option. Since dukes is a regional favorite, it probably won’t be the choice for a standardized formula for national distribution.
I worked in the food industry for 38 years. Seen it happen way too many times. Anyone remember the old Mayfield Ice Cream from the 1980s or 1990s? What they are selling in that label now isn’t even close.

I live less than a mile from the dukes plant. If we need to organize a march or something to prevent a recipe change just let me know. They best not go messing with our beloved mayonnaise. That stuff is sacred round here.
