If it is, that favors Texas. A low scoring game is what’s gonna result in a Clemson W.

I think we can win if everything falls our way and we do specific things (run the 4-3 because they ultimately are predicated on the run, blitz in different ways to rattle Ewers, focus on airing it out to the freshmen (Texas is WAY too fast for screens and draws), and keep our foot down all game). They were our best matchup in the playoffs that we could have been paired against. That said, our win conditions are much more restrictive than Texas's (and I'm not convinced our coaches will do those things), who basically just doesn't need to screw up too badly.

14-31 bad guys. Figure we score 14 in the first half and then don’t have another first down. They bring in manning to run the ball and Wes responds with 10 dbs. Something along those lines.

It'll be something like 13-7 going into fourth and then the depth and poor coaching will kick in and the floodgates will open.
However, I actually had a dream last night that we won 24-10. I woke up pi$$ed when I realized it was only a dream.

Texas 30 Clemson 7.
Clemson's defense is not good, ranked 66th in total defense, giving up 365 yards a game. SMU and USuC both outgained us with 400-plus yard games in our last two games.
The Texas defense is ranked #3, only allowing 250 yards per game. Oh, and they have the number 1 ranked passing defense.
Texas and Clemson's offense is about the same production-wise, 445 and 455 ypg, respectively.
If Clemson wins the TO margin by 3, it's a game. Otherwise Clemson just doesn't have the defense in place to stop Texas. It pains me to say this, but I just don't have any confidence in Wess. This could be his last game as a Tiger DC.

23-17 Tigers! Offense does just enough. Field goals will be the winner this weekend! I believe Clemson will be able to move the ball between the 20s but once in the red zone I believe they hit a wall most the time unfortunately but Hauser legs comes through Saturday

Due to the fact that Mafah is banged up and we really don’t have a number two back now, I just can’t see a one dimensional Clemson team going on the road and winning this game. As much as I want to make a homer pick, I have to go with Texas 31-13, with a late score to make it look ugly
