Occam’s Razor - most logical explanation is usually right

Dabo has won 2 national championships so is not dumb. He also is not blind and has to know DJ is not a D1 qb. Yet he did not play Cade and is not starting Cade in the ACCC.

Cade must already be gone.

I agree with this to a point but honestly, when QB1 has completed 26% of his passes in a game, how much worse can it get trying QB2 who already showed just his presence gives the team a spark when QB1 hasn’t brought his best game. Even if they have only run the rest of the game Cade dusts DJU in a race. Im genuinely perplexed by this whole situation.

I was buying that in early Fall but I have seen enough in what little time he has played to know he is not any worse and likely much better than DJ. Something else is going on.

the simplest answer, b/c it comports w/ what we've already seen this year and last, is that this is simply an extension of his stubbornness, combined with not wanting to change horses in midstream (i.e. going into a conference title game). I'm not defending that in the LEAST, but that's a simpler explanation than Cade being gone, for which we'd have to believe that Cade had pre-notified Dabo, but hadn't announced yet, and that he was leaving now, at this weird juncture in the season.
