whenever we are ready, will the athletic department keep up the basketball charade? So far there have been multi million dollar promises, but no ground has been broken. And since neither the SEC or B1G take basketball seriously, and we are certainly going to one of those conferences, I imagine we will stop pretending we care as well.

What? Nothing was decided in the last 2 weeks. Simply a huge waste of good money! Stupid on all parties. The legal fees will gover 10 million (I imagine) before this is over.

I'm no attorney, but I don't see where any evidence has even been presented on the merits of the Clemson argument. All I see is a ruling by the judge saying he has the right to rule on the suit brought by Clemson.

I’m no attorney, but I went to the Court House and watched the hearing. Definitely, nothing decided about leaving the Accsc.
I learned that the Clemson lawsuit is narrowly confined to “ If Clemson leaves the Accsc , does espn own the rights going forward, or do the rights go with Clemson”.
Judge ruled the trial will be in Court Room 1. Pickens County Courthouse. Pickens SC.

Well, this is the most relevant part of the article. Unless and until the ACC has new incentives to negotiate, this is going to go on for quite some time.

The judge says the motion to dismiss the case was denied, and that it will continue. The judge say anything about the validity of the GOR and whether or not it is enforceable.
