TheRump copied a House bill to reduce the costs of Rx drug prices, put forward by Democrats.
That's another good bill that POS Senator McConnell would not allow to come-up for a vote in the Senate. (McConnell had no time for that kind of bill; he needed to install more and more crackpot, inexperienced GOP judges; to keep taxes low for the rich. While he wrote bills to save the wealthy millions from taxes on racehorses. But, yet, he didn't want to spend the money to give $600 to people in dire need -- nothing in it for him. What a stinking pile.)

Like many issues, Trump asked congress for a bipartisan bill on just about everything and he would sign it. Healthcare, immigration, etc. He showed America how worthless congress is, and how we are governed via executive order.
