With the energy of the new coaches being praised across the community

Is it just me or does it feel the WR room has lacked that high energy over the past couple years! I understand that Grisham has been doing a good job recruiting but his on field coaching has not taken these players to the next level. My main question is if Dabo doesn’t want to fire him because he is good at recruiting, should he give him a switched role more dedicated to that while bringing in another coach for dedicated on field coaching?

through my observations On the offensive side. Tyler Grisham has the most energy

Garret Riley -> no emotion
CJ Spiller -> low emotion
Kyle Richardson -> you'll find him drinking coffee on in the West End Zone not partaking in TigerWalk on gamedays

idk how to feel about the offense and their energy.

The only logical answer is to fire Richardson

And move Grisham to the TE room and go hire Jeff Scott and make him the recruiting coordinator. If he would even want it. TE probably not a great TR coach but it fixes a lot of problems and the OL coach can work on their blocking.

i can only assume that they have extended Jeff a position of some sort and he is

either taking a break from football or has no interest re-joining. B/c he moved back to the area last offseason. My guess is he's taking a break to be with his kids and family and taking the buyout money to do something less time consuming for a bit.

Tyler is being mentored. One Day he'll have to stand/or fall on his own feet. Someone,I believe HLRT that this was TG's year.

Haha have to start somewhere! I mostly just wanted to hear what people had to say. I truly thought coming into this year the WR room was going to take a massive step forward with all the young talent. The only guy who really felt like he had that breakout and has been in the program more than a year was Troy. It just never felt like there was a jump from last year the way it seemed there would be.
