NEWS: I am hearing unanimous reports from fall camp

that the offense has dominated 100% of camp, and not to be outdone, the defense has also won 100% of the reps. Shipley and Mafah are ripping off 70 yard touchdown runs every other play, but the defense hasn't allowed a rushing yard yet. Cade has a perfect completion percentage to this point in camp, but the defense hasn't allowed a single catch. Each position is 7-8 guys deep, and position battles will last until around 9/3.
Personally, I am specifically looking to Noble Johnson and Peter Woods to come in ready to go, and play hard every snap like Garry Peters used to. It all seems good up to this point. I will pass along more updates as they come. Go Tigers (everybody).

the nutrition staff is having trouble keeping enough corn in the building, due to the offensive line's collective diet changes this offseason. I'm told the boys are corn-fed, lathered-up and itching to hit a Dookie.

85 scholarships does not mean that walk-ons aren't coming out of the woodwork to provide critical depth and compete for starting jobs. I'm going to trust my sources on this one

Nah, we're cross training at every position. We have like eight guys who are Isaiah Simmons types who can play as an outside pass rusher, line up at MLB, or play man coverage. Oh, and return punts and kicks (the one time per game that teams will have the chance to kickoff to us).

Yeah, but what you are not telling us is that every completion has been a bubble screen stopped for 1 yard....you know, D.J. style. And the big runs were all called back for offensive holding and procedure penalties.
