The Tigers did play with grit!
If not it could have been much worse.
Kansas was very quick, played good defense, hit their 3's and that big man dominated the first half.
Tigers played with tremendous heart in the second half. Devoe was awesome.
I will have very fond memories of this season. Thanks for the thrills Tigers!

To lose to a completely healthy team with the talent they have by only 4 points with one of our best players and shooters on the side lines is no shame towards our team after being down like we were and fighting to bring the score within 4 points isn't anything to be ashamed of. I'm proud of what our guys has accomplished this season after being picked to be the #13 worst team out of 15 in our ACC conference. At the very end of our season, we were the #3 team still playing in the NCAA tournament, and no matter how anybody tries to twist and turn it, we were one of the last 16 teams in the entire country still playing basketball, and only 15 other teams can say that with it being the truth!!! I'm proud of our team and what they have accomplished this season, and the best thing is, nobody can say we were lucky, not with the way our guys destroyed the two teams we played to get to where we got this season. Goooo Tiger men's basketball team, you guys made us proud even with us being short handed to our competition!!!!

Our Team was was incredible last night and throughout the great season. This last game was decided, as it turned out, by the zebras’ call on Thomas, just before half, after he had been clinched around the waist forever and had to push their guy off him, after our shot fell. The 5 point call and #2 foul on Thomas, in a game of muggings in the paint, ended up deciding the game. IMHO.
