When you’re hot, you’re hot. Right now, Clemson is on fire. Clemson’s coaching staff reeled in another top recruit Sunday afternoon when 4-star wide receiver Amari Rodgers of Knoxville (TN) Catholic gave his verbal to Clemson. Riding the momentum is easy, staying on course when adversity hits is the test. And it will hit, the question is when. But we are building an infrastructure not just riding the wave, so the foundation is strong. Dabo had the long view, love him or hate him nobody can deny it.

The foundation was actually laid about 5 years ago. The concrete slab was poured and beam by beam, the building is being constructed. 5 straight 10+ win seasons, sending guys to the pros, developing players into solid citizens, disciplining players when they lost their way, graduating his players, this all adds up to the foundation you're talking about. More than once, Clemson has been described as "the complete package" by recruits. Thankfully, the coaching staff is outstanding at developing AND coaching AND recruiting. We are still on the rise.

Continued success on the field equals continued success on the recruiting side. We have the best Coaching and Support Staff around. The recruits see us as the best place to get an education, as well well as play football. The unwavering support at all levels from the President of Clemson University, the AD, and the Coaching Staff will continue to be a top draw from recruits looking at Clemson. All of the above will show continued success in our Athletics and continued success on the field. Dabo has laid the foundation and "the building continues for the foreseeable future! GO TIGERS!!!

I do love the constant wave of good news. It's like Dabo has truly made football a year round sport. Our post seasons have been thrilling, recruiting has been phenomenal, then NFL draft should be awesome the next two years especially, next thing you know it's time to spot the ball and here we go again.
