Negative comments about the baseball team...

it's really unwarranted.

Anything was going to be an improvement over the past few seasons. I was not expecting much out of a new coach in tough conference. Except for today, this team is playing better than I expected.

Baseball team will be fine they showed that they can play with the big boys they need to clean up some things I think this was a tremendous hire.

We have a few coots running their mouth which is all they know how to do. They beat Ol' Mrs. 3 games so they think they are a baseball school again since they are no longer a basketball school.

Without the coaching change the team would be in a much worse place. Jack would have lost a few midweeks already and probably lost the USC series. At least we've won the midweek games and every series up to this weekend. Clemson was in the game friday and saturday so I'll take that against a top 5 team and the first true road test of the season.

This weekend was disappointing, but based on the polls Miami is the best team on Clemson's schedule and the Tigers were extremely competitive in the first two games.
I'm looking forward to having most of the games during the second half of the season at home. See you next weekend at the Pittsburgh series.
