Notre Dame has them online for sale. You can purchase them at face value.

We bought 4 tickets from the University of Notre Dame website. 40 yard line seats for 250.00 each. We were on allotted only 2 from Iptay. I wish we could bring a big crowd to Notre Dame. Their fan base would go absolutely nuts if we could bring 30k fans like Georgia did
