The Bible does not specifically mention cannabis but it does say this:
A body, which is well nourished, is also usually a healthy body. When we eat a balanced diet (Ezekiel 4:9) the food we eat can be seen as preventive healthcare. In addition, God gives us the use of plants and herbs for curative care, both physical (2 Kings 20:7; Psalm 51:7) and emotional (Psalm 45:8; Genesis 43:11).

Sounds clear to me that it was used for medicinal purposes. Speaking of weed,
any tnetters remember the very first pot bust in S.C.? It was after the 3-7 loss to
the coots in 1968, and a reporter from the Charleston News and Courier spotted
a plant growing on a window ledge in the tin cans after the game. Go TIGERS.

Cannabis was also used frequently in the Temple that Solomon built as an incense at times.
The Hebrews learned about the plant and it's medicinal properties from their time spent in slavery in Egypt.

So is opiates, Xanax etc. and those have killed countless people.
Get back with me on home many people have died from consuming cannabis? Not in car wrecks or anything like that, but from consuming.

I personally know of many cancer patients requiring chemo that were "breaking the law" all the way back to the early 1970s. And I am glad to have been able to help the ones that asked.
