Glorify an alleged terrorist probably falls into the boundaries of free speech if if there’s no threats or implied threats. The dude was likely a terrorist but killed when resisting arrest.

No sympathy for these students given circumstances.

I agree. These students should be suspended. The University should absolutely do that. and whatever laws they broke, they should be prosecuted. It appears what should have happened is what happened here unless I missed something

The speech however does fall under free speech. Even tho I disagree with it completely, the laws doesn’t care about just what I believe and is offended by. For example; the KKK can march down Main Street and say whatever ######## they want. I absolutely disagree with their very existence, BUT I would gladly defend their right to do it.

Again they should be suspended for the breaking into, taking over buildings, not for their beliefs

Same when people take over the Capitol, while inside Congress is conducting its usual business.

Both cases the reason doesn't matter.
