My experience with Cuse fans today was very mixed......

Some seemed incredibly arrogant, as though they somehow had "arrived" as a football program , which we found downright comical. Some were a little more realistic. But on the whole, they just suck as a fanbase.

We ran into a Syracuse couple in line to the upper deck from Upstate NY. Their daughter is a sophomore at Clemson and he was a bid Cuse fan she was a Clemson lean. Enjoyed talking to them. Also sat beside a Cuse couple who lived in Anderson. Very good fans amd complementary.

Similar experience, for sure. Wife of RB wished a couple of loudmouth Yankees seated two rows behind us "a long, miserable trip home to their craphole"....they were insufferable until the last minute of the game.

Saying we were so desperate our backup had to come in like Chase Brice did before. Joke was on him as the backup proceeded to make a comeback and win.
Also I get CK is the 2nd string but he was the number one QB recruit in the country and won at the highest level in Texas High school football. Not your average “backup”.

I wish we could send them and Pitt back to the Big East. Even after all these years, they don't feel like real ACC games to me.

That was Swofford trying to build a basketball conference....instead of paying attention to football---where the real money is.
