Friday afternoon when every other “news” channel was covering the crashing equity markets, I went over to Fox and they were covering 1) voter ID requirements 2) the border 3) something about Nancy Pelosi 4) Dems in disarray.
The only mention of crashing equity markets was the little ticker in the bottom, right of the screen.
By any measure, falling stock markets around the world is a significant news story.
Fox is not a news channel. Instead, it is 100% biased editorial and selective entertainment sort of like the national enquirer.

Clearly, but don’t confuse it with News.
The omissions and lies go well beyond a conservative bias.
In many cases, they simply do not present news that ALL other outlets are presenting.
In some of the depositions in the recent Murdoch estate trial, Fox attorneys explicitly state that fox must omit some news to protect the value of news Corp.

Don’t want to make Daddy angry. Law firms made daddy angry and they all had to bend the knee.
Make Daddy mad - then Daddy will send the viewers over to NewsDaddyMax like several years back. The there is also OneDaddyNewsNetwork but not sure if they are still solvent. One of my sisters is a hard core Daddy cult member and she used to tell me how OneDaddyNews was great because they “just tell the news.” ..bless her heart.

You’re missing the point.
Yes, plenty of news organizations are biased and present editorial content.
In addition to that, fox consistently
1) omits news, they simply don’t report some things that are detrimental to Trump, couple years ago, Trump was found guilty of a felony in a New York courtroom in fox flat out did not report it, it past Friday Fox was presenting stories on voter ID in the border while everybody else on the planet was watching markets crash.
2) takes it beyond editorial bias and flat out lies.
A decent portion of the country is gullible and have been victims of the Fox “News” errors and omissions.
Don’t tell me CNN and MSNBC do the same thing. They do not. They are guilty of editorial bias, but not intentional lies and omissions.

and the tariffs and markets were covered pretty well on both.
Those are still 2 of the best shows on right now...most of everything on FNC has become unwatchable.

I was flipping back and forth between Fox and others on Friday and Fox WAS covering the stock market when I tuned in.
Some of it is unwatchable but i won’t do like the OP and tell a falsehood. Or maybe he just tuned in for a few seconds and that was enough evidence for him. 😉

I saw Fox on Friday, and these are exact quotes, "Why do we need money", "I am not worried about my 401k", or "Maybe just cancel the vacation this year", "people should have enough in their checking accounts to survive" or basically "Let them eat Cake"
