More National media ignorance

I know we just need to turn off the radio, TV, and stop reading articles at this point as Clemson fans since no media outside of Clemson can pull their head out of their own @$$. But if y’all are interested take a listen to Andy Staples podcast.
Pretty much insinuates that a theres a possibility that a one loss non champ SEC team or B1G team could get in the 4th spot and push Clemson out. Saying that we just don’t have a chance to beat one of those top 4 teams in the playoff. Also basically says that only team that “Maybe” could beat us is SC. Im at the point I just don’t get how dumb these guys are.

Why would you assume this guy actually believes what he says which would make him dumb? If this guy does a podcast simply stating the conventional wisdom that Clemson, Ohio/UM, and two SEC teams land in the playoffs would anybody care or bother to post about it? To make money this guy has to say things which draw attention so guys like you will notice and post/tweet about what he said.
From the media things are not always (some would say usually) how they appear.

It’s worse this year. We are being treated like a non power 5 team despite 3 top 25 wins this season. The fact that this program has 2 national titles and 6/8 playoff appearances in the current CFP era, and gets treated this bad tells me they have to find a way out of the ACC.
