It takes a lot of desire and energy to show up in a new city every day. He is earning my respect. I would like to see Rumph and Eason having some good successes. I do realize the checkbook is the greatest recruiter of all these days unfortunately.

Luke is grinding to recruit the O-linemen that he has watched on video and determined they have the skill sets he can develop to excel at Clemson.

It's coaching experience at D-1 top 10 schools and natty winning programs. Not coaching a year or two at podunk u or hs and being part of the friends and family cult.
Coaching is as important as talented players. It's inexcusable for any coach to not have a RB ready and able to step in for an injured player that keeps playing and hurting the team because the coach couldn't do his job. If I was the HC, that coach would not be on Clemson's payroll today.

The coaching experience has to be there before any coach can make a big difference regardless of the stars that a recruit has even though the talent level will determine how successful a coach will be!!!

As much as I love CJ Spiller, I have to agree with you, and it is inexcusable that we didn't have RB #2 ready for the next man up job from our right now roster!!!

I most definitely appreciate everything that Matt Luke has done with as little time that he's had to do it in, but I just can't say that he is the best hire since Brent Venables without giving Tom Allen due time to see what he can do with our defense that Goodwin brought down!!!
