I'm a lot more optimistic after our last two games. We still have an absurd amount of more talent than them. They don't look like they've fixed their problems (Vandy game doesn't count), they're still banged up, they aren't getting any help from Michigan, and their defense still can't stop the run (56th against the rush).
So, I still like it on paper and what's happened the last two games. But I'm still worried we'll do some weird #### like we did last year or we get fumblitis again.

sometime in 2024. I'm prepared to behave like your cousin Tyler if Dabo dares start another losing streak to those Chickens. He runied a pretty good steak a few years back of not losing back to back. I imagne very few coaches have multiple losing streaks to said chickens. Only Tim Bourret knows for sure.

For them winning back to back games against us.
1969/1970 through 2009/10. That was 40 freaking year without a back to back win.
During those 40 years, we had FOUR streaks of 4 games, ONE streak of 3 games, TWO streaks of 2 games, and FOUR additional single game runs.
The won 10 individual games during those 40 years.

the start of the second half against Duke. I don't trust them, but I've got to imagine the revenge factor is going to drive them against the Gamecocks. Hopefully we push their shit in.

If we can shut down Drake Maye this weekend, I’ll feel way way better about the coot game. Rattler is no joke that dude can sling the rock, and they have some good looking receivers, but our secondary has been really nice all year. I think I like us against them, but it’s also the rivalry game, at night, at their place, and our offense is still our offense. If we can intercept Rattler a couple times, I think it looks a lot like the GT game.

Also - I can't decide if I would rather play a 4 win/7 loss coot team who has no chance of going to a bowl or a 5 win/6 loss coot team where we can be the ones to deny them bowl eligibility thereby adding a final season ending stomp on their little chicken hearts...
Ahhh who am I kidding - I want them to lose every game so here's to Kentucky making them 4 and 7 when we see them after Thanksgiving.
