I've done my share of talking crap about Brownell the last two seasons, but I was one of Brownell's top fans for 10 years before I lost hope that he would ever turn our BB program around. But with the way his team has played so far, I do hope this is the year that he finally has out team ready to make some noise, but if not, it will be a waste of a dang good start bc this team has played some really good ball to this point. But for Clemson and our BBall fans, I hope that he can keep it going, and our guys will make a deep run in the tournament, and I would be happy with that. And it just might help with recruiting a blue chip player or two, or at least help with getting a few of the best from the portal!!!

This was the ultimate trap game. We persevered and got the W.
Yay for the best ACC start in program history!
Let’s make it 7-0 with a win over Duke on Saturday. There is NO EXCUSE for Littlejohn not to be sold out!! Be loud!
Let’s get Brad his 400th career win Saturday!

Super good crowd last night. I'm more and more impressed with Chief. He's coming into his own. His passing has become crisp and precise. Keeps the plays reset and playing much more physical imo.
Poor fella wants that 3ball so bad. Patience grasshopper, they'll start falling. Lol. Good kid and a ton of passion. Especially on D.

Disagree. The game was very far from a sell out. Lots of excellent seats were empty. Students definitely did show up and were into the game though.

Thanks. Couldn't tell from TV and I never listen. Appreciate you telling me that. ESPN said 7800. That's not bad for 9pm Wednesday. Saturday will be packed.

Mama always told me ACC refs is like a box of chocolates

You never know what you'll get. Just finished watching the rerun. Game was painful. Every 30 seconds a foul called. Really disrupted the flow.
I missed on my scouting report for sure. Louisville (3-4 games I've watched) usually throws up doink 3pt shots. The 268th ranked 3pt team threw up the same off balance, contested 3s last night that went in and kept it from being a complete blowout. Their best 3pt game of the year.
Hall looked frustrated until the very end. Don't blame him the way the game was called. Still, very comfortable game when your best player has an off night. Great win.

Not pretty but definitely gritty. Played rather well for the first 25 minutes and then understandably — but frustratingly — lost their focus down the stretch as the attention turned to Duke. Hunter Tyson just playing at another level. Would be a huge boost to get Hemenway back. My only concern continues to be point guard. We’re asking Chase Hunter to do a lot there. He’s a talented player and his athleticism helps him take on the role, but he’s learning on the job and we’re going to see a lot double teams and pressure on him the rest of the way. Need someone to take on some PG minutes so we can get him in a more natural spot at the 2/3.

Beadle could. Feels like to me that's his more natural role imo. I thought he stepped up last night. Probably more minutes than he's had. Was a different lineup than I think we'll see Saturday. Some of that driven by so many whistles. PJ just never seemed to get comfortable last night... until the end. Anyway, good to see different guys.
May have some bumps here and there but hopefully peak in March. Bet Alex plays some Saturday. Pitt had Duke beat and Duke turned it up a notch down the stretch.
People up here are over the moon excited about Penn St.
