WCCP, sounds like us and FSU are leaving. He says 100% chance if offered, 75% it actually happens for both.
Says all the ND speculation is that they would only be a partial to start with and ultimately they would be #13 down the road and at that time they would find a 14th (or 14-15-16)
He thinks 14 is a bad number, 12 and 16 are preferable due to scheduling.

What incentive would Texas have to oppose expansion? Wouldn't the payout per team increase by approx. $2M per year? I don't get it.

Uterxass would always love to have conference championships just handed over simply becuase "We're texass" but they only get 1 vote and they no longer have much influence with the new Commissioner.
OU fans can't wait to have Clemson and FSU plus whoever else into the Big 12/14/16. What a great Conference and the Clemson Fans will love playing and hosting the schools of your new conference!
It's gonna happen and it's gonna be good!

Actually it is being reported that Dodds will not vote against the majority on this and that if it is close will not be a tie breaker vote. He would prefer to stay at 10 until ND comes on board but understands that conference unity is more important right now.

With the ESPN/LongWhorn Network uterxass has insulated themselves from needing the extra money that each team would get with expansion. They know the extra money will benefit the other teams in the Conference much more than their bank account.
As we do in Oklahoma you will learn to love to hate all things txass but be sure to do it in a very respectful manner....they can't help themselves.

I dont know what you guys know about Greg Swaim but let me fill you in.
His approach is very much the shotgun approach - on steroids.
He throws as many possible situations out there as you can think of so, when something does happen, he can always direct you back to where he said that it would (nevermind that has probably said in several other places where the exact opposite would happen).
Swaim is a hack, I wouldn't believe a thing he says.

Of course he has been on point, if you look at the right messages.
But when you look at the messages about The Cardinals being the 11th team in for sure, nothing has changed, even when the ACC schools became an option, or that ND was a done deal, just waiting on 2016 or that Pitt was going to accept the invite (instead of going to the ACC), and that BYU was a shoe in, or that BYU is still in play, that UT/Tech/OU/OSU had already signed the papers and could be considered in the Pac 12.
The guy throws so many darts that there is literally no expansion scenario he has not predicted.
