Vs Good Counsel...but the most impressive so far is our 3 star DE recruit Darien Mayo!

Well actually the Wisconsin RB Commit too, but Mayo is smoothe!

Impressive sack against the Michigan commit at tackle. Great get off with a smooth up and under to get to the QB. Need to see a little more against the run.

Anyone happen to see the #1 ranked Mater Dei team play Carlsbad (school where the QB is going to Bammer)? I turned it on in Q3 and Carlsbad was up 48-0. Ended up 48-14 but never was a ballgame. Look for DJ's old school (St John Bosco #3 o4 4) to move up as they handled #6 St Aquinas pretty easily (and game was in FL at Aquinas field). But boy, between that game and the IMG game versus St Joe's (Philly), there were a LOT of bigtime players on the field. Some really good HS football.

The CBAD quarterback going to Alabama

look super good. Didn’t watch after halftime but CBAD was up 41-0. Mater Dei was supposed to be the #1 team in the country but that QB looked like a pro going against them. He was that good for a high schooler.

That was the Mater Dei Catholic crusaders playing. The #1 team is the Mater Dei Monarchs. I know confusing right

Ha, no wonder he looked so good. Never knew there were two Mater Dei’s. Thought they looked pretty unimpressive for #1 team, now that makes sense.
