and everybody wants to find blame or reasons

don't just blindly fall into traps though...for example:

I think Matt Luke is a great OL coach/ hire BUT...how many 3rd or 4th and short situations this year have we not converted on? The O-line could also be to blame for many of the jail-break blitzes we weren't prepared for and resulted in a big loss or hurried pass that was intercepted

My point isn't to criticize Luke...my point is it's a team game and sometimes we fall into a trap of finding a quick easy blame and feel like they should be fired

in my above example, maybe Cade made a bad call to audible (or not) which put us in a bad situation...maybe a RB picked a bad hole etc.

we like to keep it simple and real... we like it real simple. So grab a pitch fork and torch and be ready to march on the west endzone. .

...or it could be handing off to Mafah on 4th and 1 and everybody in the stadium knows its coming or Cade missing a wide open slant on 3rd and 2 that could've went the distance. That is not the offensive line coach's fault.

Sees like Tracy Johnson (RIP) never was stopped on 3rd or 4th and 1 or 2 during his time 85-88!
Maybe also why he played ~8 years in NFL.
