parliament to start impeaching him, that's still up for debate. But there are rumors the guy above, a known Russian asset, is asking the Ukraine parliament to impeach Ze. What was surprising though, was that Rudy Giuliani went to Ukraine and met with this guy, to dig up dirt on Biden.
I'd never heard of the guy until some Russian propaganda post on Twitter said he was calling on parliament in Ukraine to impeach Ze. That's what the OP was about and no doubt saw.
Just a tangle web weaved here. Why would Giuliani travel to Ukraine to meet with this sleezeball, a known Russian asset in an attempt to dig up dirt on Biden?
