Stanford vs Duke
Cal vs UVA

Those are some prestigious matchups!!

Maybe we could talk Vandy into joining the ACC. They would fit in better.

Ha. Coastal and Liberty are still available. Those have actually been pretty good football programs in the last few years.

I posted that this afternoon but I really wanted Utah instead of Cal. TV money would increase either way because of the West Coast draw.

Memphis - larger city which means TV draw hopefully!
UCF - Orlando.
Oklahoma State - football-mad Oklahoma!
West Virginia - I would still like to stomp a mud hole in the Mountaineer's tail for that Orange Bowl. But, they have a mad crazy football fanbase as well.

I get all of the numerous reasons these would never happen. But, in a perfect world, these would have been good choices I think if you wanted to spice up your football draw to your conference.

This whole asinine idea that simply adding some trash team from a large urban population center brings tons of eyeballs is beyond absurd. No one watches those sorry teams. So, no, adding them to the league doesnt bring any "market" and dang sure doesn't bring any value.

Well, somehow the Big Ten will be paying out around $90 to 100 million to each member in 2025 - they must be doing something right. That's more than 2 to 2 1/2 times what the ACC is shelling out to it's schools
