Alabama, Florida, Auburn......anyone know if they did and how they did? USCjr has never been #1 so it has to be an opponent.

2010. That Alabama team was the worst one since sabans first year. They finished outside the top ten and didn't play in a bcs bowl game. But the coots brag and brag about beating that team and act like they won the natty that game.

Not trying to defend Bama, 'cause I don't care. But, Bama just finished 2 hard-fought games with Arky and Florida before going to cootlumbia. Bama was banged up, but they still lost, so I guess the coots can flop around their barnyard over that one.

There may be others but I believe Alabama played there in 2010 as the #1 and lost.

Like my friend said earlier, Clemson left Cootlumbia #1 in

1981! All the Shamecocks kept saying 31 in the Nation today #2 in the State tomorrow. Chuck and Rod McSwain and Jeff Davis and our Defense made sure we left #1 in the Nation!
These are different Tigers, in that are #1 coming in and do not panic when they get down, they have the character to withstand the Coots emotion, they are going to be ready for the Olympia propaganda!

In '81, CU went to W-B as #2 behind Pitt

We didn't take over #1 in the polls until the following week when Penn State led by Todd Blackledge upset Pitt led by Dan Marino. It's our tigers first rivalry game as #1.

I went to the 2009 Florida game when they were #1. Florida won a hard fought 24-14 game.
