So I'm in Garden City part 2

There's this coot walking around on the beach (it's hot)! He has on a black gamecock hat, garnet and black 3 button collared shirt, khaki shorts,......here's the typical coot part ~ 90's style New Balance tennis shoes with the "N" on the side and white socks up past his ankle bone. It really goes well with his 16 oz. Busch beers (no koozie), and 100's cigarettes.
