What would it take for you to say Dabo needs to change strategy and what he’s doing now won’t work / fix anything? 6 win season? Less? How many more rays does the sunshine well have?

But I can tell you that asking me to be upset about something and not showing your work is not going to sway me to your side. And if you make things up, or get highly emotional, then you have lost credibility with me. And a loss of credibility has nothing to do with disagreeing/agreeing with the message and everything with having an issue with the messenger.
Be civil, bring facts, don’t emote, and let’s talk. Maybe that defines “pumper”, I don’t know.

I was at the GT game Dabo didn't throw a interception ,are fumble the ball. are miss a field goal. miss a block or tackle. Coaches can only do so much. When a player crosses the sideline he has to make the plays. If he does give 100 percent that not on the coach. Some of the players have been in this system for several years and we won games. We have a QB with more turnovers than touchdowns,a offensive line not opening up holes to run in , and a defence not making tacking. Dabo can't make them do the job.They have you want it more than the guy across from them. So far that has not happened but 1 half this year.

A coach makes them learn to do the job while they're at practice - not once the game starts.

Yeah and he’s failing time and again, yet we’re not prepared with any sort of alternative solution. We have no backup challenging him for playing time, and he’s only making marginal improvements, we also aren’t changing anything in our already vanilla offense to adjust to where he is instead of where his “potential” is. All of these are failures of the coaching staff

Coaches have taught him just fine. That’s proven.
You can’t climb into a guys head and fix that, and even the team psychologist works with him.
We haven’t needed an alternative solution at any point. We lost two games on the last play of the game.
We have added some new wrinkles on offense. Absolutely so. Again, the “vanilla” offense was 11th last year and walked into the stadium of the 3rd ranked defense and showed out. Vanillin my rear.
The running game is looking good and receivers have been running free every game. Cade can do better and he needs to that now. Same as he showed when showing himself as a Heisman frontrunner.
Nothing you Saadi us on coaching.

1) Dabo is not on a message board.
2) Dabo is not asking me to be upset about something.
3) Dabo showed his work.
4) Dabo did not make things up.
Dabo was emotional, if you can even call that emotional, because he’s defending his program. He’s a doer. We need more doers in this world.

Do you think $66m buyout and millions to a new coach is the answer? The revenue stream at Clemson is not the same as other schools like uga, osu, Oregon,etc. the coach and the revenue stream need to be on board with nil reality. The talent and depth were different in 2015-2020. That costs $$$. But look at fsu with dj at qb last year. Cade is good, but not elite. Dabo has to get the talent to be elite. I do not believe Clemson has it.

Never said i wanted him fired, just to adapt and get off his high horse. Hes coaching with an arm tied behind his back by choice. Why not dump the offensive strategy that isn’t working and the offensive coaches that aren’t capable, and some point this insane qb loyalty scheme to consistently underperforming QBs needs to end. If Trevor and Deshaun weren’t so glaringly excellent who knows how long the Stout or Bryant experiments would have carried on?
I don’t know why it’s such a stretch to see Dabo has lost his edge and hunger and needs to make some significant changes to avoid us being a 7-8 win team. Our time in this pathetic conference is coming to a close, 5 years will fly by and when it does and we join a real conference or even a super conference we need to be in a much better position than we are today or that we’re trending towards.

He said the famous quote in ‘23 that “he knew what the problems were and he would get it fixed.” He has now repeated those words in ‘25.
I have no specific ideas what HE thinks the problems are nor do I know how he intends to fix them.
I guess the fear of the unknown may be what is causing all of the questions and doubt and we are going to have to continue to wait patiently for the answers, especially when there is 60M involved that leaves us no choice.

He’s the best football coach we’ve got probably ever had. He’s so gifted he’ll get it figured out.

I'll tell you after the FSU game. What would we have to get you to say looks like he's doing works? Win the ACC again, make the semi finals in playoffs, win it all. What is your definition of success over a 3 year period? For the record, that's 3 years, not three games
